The album, titled “Mirrors”, for which Matt co-wrote 5 of the 10 songs, is a compilation that is about “how others see me as opposed to how I see myself”, a concept Matt feels anyone can identify with. In 2009, Matt won “Pop Single of the Year” at the Phoenix Music Awards and “Pop Artist of the Year” at the Charlotte Music Awards. He was also nominated for “Pop Album of the Year” and “Pop Single of the Year” at the Los Angeles Music Awards and “Pop Song of the Year” at the Hollywood Music In Media Awards for his songs “Daylight” and “Honestly”. Matt Annecharico is such an amazing and talented entertainer. He lives life and interprets it into music. He has a natural pop sensibility. He’s not afraid to open his soul and learn what life has to teach him. I see only a great future ahead for Matt Annecharico.
